Score CV is an AI-powered platform that analyzes resumes against job descriptions to provide compatibility scores, keyword analysis, and personalized recommendations. Our service includes:

  • Keyword matching and ATS optimization
  • Personalized improvement recommendations
  • Analysis history and tracking

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Score CV, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Credits and Payments

Score CV operates on a credit-based system. Each analysis consumes a certain number of credits based on the type of analysis:

  • Quick analysis: 1 credit
  • Detailed analysis: 3 credits

New users receive free initial credits. Additional credits can be purchased through our payment system. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

User Content

Your Data

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Score CV, including your resumes and job descriptions. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and analyze this content to provide our services.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Contains false or misleading information
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code or viruses
  • Violates the privacy of others

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Score CV to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Disclaimer of Warranties

Score CV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The AI analysis results are suggestions and recommendations only and should not be considered as guaranteed employment outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Score CV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Score CV. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
